Shipping Policy — Vitalis & Co

Order processing: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery times: Once processed, deliveries within mainland Portugal take 3 to 7 business days. For the islands (Azores and Madeira) and other EU countries, delivery times may be slightly longer.

Shipping costs: Shipping costs are fixed per order and will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

Order tracking: After shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your order.

Delays and issues: In the event of a delay or delivery issue, please contact us via our contact page. We will do our utmost to resolve the situation quickly.
